On July 1st, Indiana began offering customers the option to have their titles issued electronically or on paper. The BMV has stated all dealerships must use the new title application, now available on the BMV website, for any transaction sold on or after July 1. Transactions prior to July 1 will not be rejected if the old title application was used.

Your day-to-day processing transactions in Vitu will not change. Until our API is updated with the new Electronic title fields, you will continue to process as you do today. We will provide training when Vitu’s API is updated later this year.
