Meet Amanda Hosband, Operations Support Manager in Pennsylvania! Amanda has been with Vitu (formerly as TitleNGo) since 2008, and currently manages operations in our Pennsylvania office — you may have also met her when onboarding with Vitu.
In her free time, Amanda’s side hustle is installing permanent jewelry, which she does from a booth at festivals, craft shows, bridal parties and more. She is a mom to three adult children and multiple fur babies, and from time to time enjoys a cozy day of Netflix binge-watching.
When asked about her personal philosophy, Amanda referenced a Dalai Lama quote: “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.”

Starting July 1, 2025, PennDOT implemented Consumer Price Index (CPI) fee increases as part of Act 89 of 2013. These changes affect a wide range of vehicle services. Here's what you need to know.

Temporary fee waivers (July 1–15, 2025)
To ease the transition, three fee waivers are available for specific cases:
Fee Waiver 57: Old Title + Lien Fee
- Use if: Vehicle was purchased before July 1, 2025
- Applies to: Title + lien recording
- Valid for transactions: July 1–15, 2025
Fee Waiver 58: Old Title Fee Only
- Use if: Vehicle was purchased before July 1, 2025
- Applies to: Title only (no lien)
- Valid for transactions: July 1–15, 2025
Fee Waiver 80: Exchange Fee Waiver
- Use if: A transfer/renewal transaction incorrectly charges an exchange fee
- Condition: No change in registration class

- Always verify the correct fee before submitting applications.
- Incorrect fees may result in application rejection.
