We’re rolling out updates to the Vitu Wisconsin payment process. This release will occur July 30th, 2025. What’s changing?

• The invoice template is being updated to the standard Vitu invoice template format. The look and feel is different, but the same information is present.
• Title and Reg transactions will be ACHed nightly (Automated Clearing House electronic transfers).
• Inquiry transactions will be billed at the end of the month in a separate invoice.
• In Vitu, you’ll still have access to the Agent ACH Debit Report (not being updated in this release) and the Bundle Report.
• ACH requests will come from Vitu moving forward. You’ll need to contact your bank and whitelist Vitu’s ACH Company ID to ensure requests are not rejected.

FAQs

Q.  Will I still be able to pull the Bundle report or the Agent ACH Debit report?

A.  Yes, this report will remain accessible and unchanged.

Q.  Why does the Vitu invoice amount not match the Accounting Reconciliation report?

A.  The daily Vitu invoices do not include inquiries. Inquiries will be billed at the end of the month. The Accounting Reconciliation report does still include the inquiry charges daily and will be modified in an upcoming release to mirror the Vitu invoicing process.

Q.  Who do I contact for support?

A.  Reach out to customer support or your dedicated Account Executive.

Q.  Is there any impact on my ability to access or use the RTS Dealertrack/Vitu platform?

A.  No, the billing changes have no impact on existing platforms.

Get ready for an informative series of events this August! The Wisconsin Automobile & Truck Dealers Association (WATDA) is hosting title and registration seminars across the state, followed by Vitu user groups in the afternoon.

What to expect

Morning Session — Dive into Wisconsin law and procedures for applying for title and registration with the WATDA/Wisconsin State team. These sessions will run from 8:30 AM to noon.

Afternoon Session — Join the Vitu RTS user group from 1 PM to 4 PM. The Vitu team will cover the Vitu title and reg solution, share helpful processing tips, introduce new team members, and showcase some of Vitu’s latest products and services.

New faces have come to the Wisconsin Team. In June, Vitu welcomed Patti Hasz, Tom Bruce and Pavle Novakovic. They are newly-minted account executives to Wisconsin and each will have their own area of the state to cover. Vitu is committed to excellent customer service and these three will be a great asset to ensure your entire title and reg processes smoothly. Look for their smiling faces soon.

Patti Hasz began as a Vitu Account Executive for Wisconsin in June of 2025. Earlier in her career, she worked for the Wisconsin DMV giving road tests, working at the counter, and answering correspondence and phone calls at the main headquarters in Madison. She gained valuable experience working for a competitor prior to joining Vitu.

Patti is married, with one daughter (also married) and a granddaughter. She volunteers for the Experimental Aircraft Association convention in Oshkosh selling tickets and providing assistance to the attendees. “I have also worked for a major airline which explains my interest in aviation,” she said. And in her spare time, she volunteers at a local religious thrift store. 

Her personal philosophy prioritizes honesty and integrity, treating others the way she would like to be treated — with compassion and empathy. “I am inspired by those I know who have faced adversity or challenges in their lives,” she said. “These experiences make them resilient.”
