What to do if you need a one-time exception for where you want the title mailed to? 

As a default, the Add one time mailing address is left unchecked in Vitu, so titles will automatically ship to the address NTX has on file for your dealership.

However, you can now complete a one-time mailing request. It’s as simple as marking the Add one time mailing address checkbox in the Title Handling Information section and entering an address. This will automatically update the shipping information for the specific transaction you are processing. 

Note: We cannot accept PO Boxes because UPS & FedEX do not deliver to them.

What happens if you forget to complete the one-time mailing address?

Immediately email ntxsupport@vitu.com with the entire VIN and one-time mailing address requested. As long as the title hasn’t left the office, we’ll get it pulled and routed to the right address. 

Please do not submit the request to auditors via the Communications tab.

Auditors have two (2) business days to review any comments or documents so by the time they review the comment, the title has already been printed and mailed.
