Great News! Based on strong feedback from our lender partners, we’re expanding Accelerated Title to support lender-to-lender payoffs — making it easier to streamline refinance workflows.
Effective May 15, 2026, lenders can begin using Accelerated Title, subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- Sign an Accelerated Title Order Form
- Complete onboarding through the Vitu application
- Participate in retail payoffs as an Accelerated Title lender
- Not opt-out of reciprocal lender-to-lender refinance payoffs
Accelerated Title now has more ways to drive efficiency, lower costs, and enhance your customer and team experience by:
- Decreasing inbound calls to your call center/IVR
- Reducing receipt and processing of paper checks
- Improving payoff accuracy
- Helping mitigate fraud risk
- Accelerating account closures, lien releases, and time to title
By expanding the Accelerated Title solution to support lender payoffs, Vitu can extend the benefits provided to your organization today while helping the industry become more efficient and digital.
Accelerated Title lenders looking to reduce inbound calls and paper check processing from refinance transactions can benefit from this expansion without taking additional action.
