Indiana now requires the Illinois secured Power of Attorney (POA forms) to be notarized as part of title transfer transactions involving Illinois vehicles. The purpose of this requirement is to verify the authenticity of the buyer's signature on the POA. The notarization can appear anywhere on the form — but the preferred placement by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) is in Part A of the Illinois secured POA — which is the buyer's signatures section. Failure to include the notary in Part A or elsewhere on the form will cause the BMV to reject the transaction which will lead to delays in processing and customer inconvenience.

1. Log into Vitu 
2. Select the question mark button in the top right corner to open the dropdown and select FAQ

3. Click Interstate Training on the left side, then in the dropdown on the right, select How do I access the Interstate Training Videos?
