After all processing has been completed for a calendar month, please be sure to print a copy of the On-Hand Inventory Report on or by the last day of the month. Your dealership must keep a signed copy of this report on hand for two years in case of any Connecticut DMV audit.
Since this is a real-time report, it cannot be back-dated to the last day of the month. Be sure to run it the day prior if the last day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday when you are closed.
Important: The last day of August 2025 is a Sunday. If you will be closed, be sure to run this report at close of business on Saturday (or on Friday if you are closed on the weekend).
