You can now complete an Idaho title transaction without the paper title, if it meets both of the following conditions:
- The missing title must be an Idaho title.
- All other documentation must be submitted (lien release, Power of Attorney (POA), etc.)
The cost to complete the transaction is $35 (just an additional $10 above the usual Vitu fee), plus a $7 MVR fee and a $2 NMVTIS report fee.
