Assignments Update
As we approach integration with the KAVIS system, updates to Vitu were necessary to ensure accuracy, resulting in faster turnaround times of approvals.
A breezy, 2-page guide has been added to Resources found in Vitu.
Tax Exempt Transactions
We can now support transactions with tax exemptions. The full list of eligible exemptions can be found in the Resource tab in Vitu.
Preferred Document Scanning Order
It is important to note, most exemptions require additional forms or evidence to be uploaded as a part of the transaction. To avoid rejections, ensure the documentation is complete and scanned in the proper order. For quick reference, please refer to this Preferred Document Scanning Order handout.
