With a background in education and over two decades of experience in automotive operations, Marina Friedrich began her industry journey at CarMax, where she spent 11 years as a Lead Business Office Associate. Her path also included time with Hendrick Automotive Group, a small independent dealership, and Cox Automotive before arriving at Vitu.

In her current role as a Senior Account Executive and North Carolina Title Trainer, Marina supports dealerships throughout the state including training, account management and helping navigate the evolving title scanning landscape. “I’m still finding my rhythm,” she shares, “but what stands out is how much collaboration and sincerity exists across the company. Everyone genuinely wants to help.”

She’s excited about the very near future. “Once our team is fully staffed, the level of service we’ll provide will be exceptional,” she said. “I’m thrilled that the clients I’ve worked with will receive the care they deserve.”

Outside of work, Marina enjoys a vibrant personal life. Married for over 40 years, she’s a proud parent of six adult children. Her hobbies include traveling, vegan cooking (including homemade cheeses and tofu), sewing, hiking, camping, disc golf, swimming, weightlifting, and MMA workouts. Fridays are reserved for relaxing with her husband and a homemade pizza.

Marina’s personal philosophy centers on purpose, integrity, and excellence. “I believe my work reflects who I am,” she said. “I strive to create solid relationships and serve others with honesty and compassion, all to make a meaningful difference.”

A major source of inspiration is her grandmother Anna, a resilient Italian immigrant who worked in a Detroit Chrysler factory and built a life for her family. Marina said, “Her strength and love continue to drive me.”
