Please note that Oregon DMV and Vitu can no longer store or access previously submitted One-and-the-Same Statements.
If a business name appears with any variation on a transaction (e.g., “ABC Auto” vs. “ABC Auto LLC”), a new One-and-the-Same Statement must be submitted with that specific transaction — even if one was submitted in the past.
Transactions without the required statement will be flagged as an error.
