With the recent update to the DR 2444 — Statement of Fact, we've had questions regarding what boxes to use when filling out the form. Please see the following guidance on how to fill out the form as an agent of your dealership.

  • Dealerships should complete the Statement portion on the top of the form as you normally do.
  • Customers mark the appropriate checkboxes on the bottom half of the page.

These boxes were implemented mainly for DMV use to avoid the common mistakes made by customers at the county office.

Note: Submitting the form with only a checkmarked box and no description of the error in the Statement box will result in a rejection from our auditors.

The DR 2444 — Statement of Fact is available to download here.

So that we can most efficiently audit and process your transactions, please be sure to scan your paperwork in the following order when submitting EVTR transactions:

  • Application for Title
  • JTWROS
  • One and the Same
  • Dealer’s Bill of Sale
  • Title
  • POA
  • VIN Verification
  • Statement of Fact
  • Security Agreement
  • Standard Sales Tax Receipt
  • Letter of Authorization

Submitting transactions in this order helps our auditors tremendously, and the more they audit, the faster your deals get approved!

We greatly appreciate your help with this.

Welcome back Warriors! This is the continuation of our series all about YOU.

The month of appreciation

November is a time of gatherings, reflection, and transition from Autumn to Winter.

It is a month where warm, golden hues, along with browns and oranges take center stage in our workspaces as well as our homes — filled with smells of cinnamon, apples, pumpkin pie, and some serious comfort food!

Celebrations of food, family, and friendship start to fill up our thoughts and our calendars. Just saying the word, "November," stirs up memories of Novembers past. It is a time of reflection. A time of gratitude. A time of thanksgiving. It reminds us of who was with us in the past during this special month, as well as those who are no longer with us. It reminds us all that we are all truly blessed beyond measure, to keep a grateful heart and a thankful heart.

November is the month with a definite attitude of gratitude. As we start thinking about our plans for this month, the food, the family, the friends, we also think about people who are alone, people who don't have what we may have. And we give. We help out at local food banks, we serve others, we share with our neighbors. We also smile a little bit more, and we are a little nicer to each other. It is a magical time of year.

It is also a time of work. We Warriors work a little harder, trying to make sure that our desks are all caught up so that we can enjoy Thanksgiving with our families and friends. We also start to get a little stressed out, so remember to take some time to center yourself each day. Give yourself the gift of some "alone time" so that you can relax, pray, meditate, or just listen to nature during a nice walk in the mild fall morning or evening.

This month’s treat for YOU

November is a time to nourish both your body and your mind. We've talked about nourishing your mind, now let's talk about nourishing your body!

I have a recipe for a super easy, delicious, guilt-free, sugar-free pumpkin pie that I would like to share with all of YOU!

This recipe is by Chris Cooking Nashville, an incredible chef that cares about good healthy options for some of our favorite comfort foods. He is AMAZING! I asked Chris for permission to share this video and recipe with all of YOU, and he graciously agreed. Check it out using the link here! I personally will be making this pie this year, and I hope that YOU will LOVE it as much as I do!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, Warriors! I'll be back next month as we continue to celebrate this Year of YOU! ♥️🥧
