As a reminder, some transactions sent to SPU also require submission to the field office so  these transactions take longer to process.

Any transactions not BPA approved must be sent to the field office to be processed, as they cannot be handled in-house. These include but are not limited to:

• F186
• Credit Card Charge Back
• Dishonored Check
• VLT stops
• Prior Lemon Laws 
• Non resident Motorcycles
• Dealer wanting plates mailed to them
• Q087 (citations from prior owner that need to be removed)

To avoid possible delays, inquire via email at spu@vitu.com about any of your urgent transactions. We will inform you if it is required to be sent to the field office. Otherwise, please expect delays should it be discovered a transaction requires that extra step to be properly processed.
