



The North Carolina DMV has implemented a new ACH process. Vitu currently pulls the funds from your account five (5) days after a processed transaction. The DMV has moved to a two-day ACH effective January 20, 2026, which requires Vitu to pull the funds from your account two (2) days after a processed transaction versus the current five (5) days.
How does this affect you?
- Expect the funds to be pulled from your account 48 hours after a processed transaction.
- You have 48 hours to void a transaction versus the former 5 days.
- Update your bank to expect the change in ACH pull.
- Expect an overlap ACH pull during the change in process.

Did you know that in Vitu you can set up an alert to notify you when inventory is running low?
Please follow the steps below to set up an alert:
- From the main page, select Inventory, then click on Alert Settings from the drop down menu.

- On the inventory page, add the alert located at the bottom of the Alert Settings page.
- Once you’ve selected the alert, add the inventory quantity that will trigger the alert and then select Save.

- Once you’ve selected the alert, add the inventory quantity that will trigger the alert and then select Save.
