Vitu is now auditing your paperwork faster! To help bring you up to speed on this enhancement, we’d like to give you some tips on the new messages you may receive. When you see these messages regarding a deal, please make any necessary corrections and resubmit the deal. Below are a few examples.

Sale Info - Date of sale does not match paperwork

This transaction was rejected because in the Sale Info section of the data entry screen, your Date of Sale does not match the paperwork date.

Vehicle Info - Body style does not match paperwork

This transaction was rejected because in the Vehicle Info section of the data entry screen, your body Style does not match the paperwork.

CO DR0024 Standard Sales Tax Receipt - Vehicle delivered is not marked and/or does not match; County Name is missing; Tax amount listed does not match the amount in the case; City name is missing

As the message states, this is an example of multiple issues found on one item. Each wrong item is listed and separated by a semicolon (;). When correcting the documents, please make sure that you fix every issue listed in the message.

We have recently made a change in Vitu to break out the different types of Colorado credentials for precise selection. They are now located at the bottom of the Proof of Identification dropdown, so make sure you are making the correct selection as the State of Colorado will validate it.
