Statement of Correction and One and the Same
Title clerks can now print and sign these forms.
The Statement of Correction and the One and the Same forms have been added in Vitu for title clerks to print and sign. During Clerk Review, click the Add Forms box, select the form you wish to print and select the Get Forms button.
Transaction information automatically populates the forms.
