And that cartoon above is a real person, our very own Alexa Jenkins — for Vitu Ohio.

Ohio dealers, meet Alexa Jenkins! Alexa is the Operations Manager for Vitu Ohio, where she oversees daily business activities, fine-tunes processes, handles client support and manages interactions with partners like you.
Alexa got her start in the industry with the Franklin County Clerk of Courts, and has honed her titling expertise over years of dedicated service in Ohio. “What drives me is not only my passion for the complexities of titling, but also a commitment to outstanding customer service,” Alexa said. “Helping others understand and overcome regulatory challenges is truly the cherry on top, and it's a responsibility I take to heart every day.”
A self-described “home body,” Alexa has found that her passion for helping others and educating outweighs her naturally shy nature. She is incredibly family-oriented and a DIY enthusiast — since purchasing a home in the country last year, she has taken on roles that range from landscaper and gardener to stone mason. She is also a huge sports fan and dedicated fantasy football manager.
“This blend of family, home improvement adventures, spirited fantasy football debates, and being the true definition of ‘home body’ when I am not working is what makes me who I am — a person who wholeheartedly embraces every facet of life,” Alexa said.
Her personal philosophy is “simple yet profound — it takes a village,” she said. “I believe that success — be it personal growth, professional achievement, or building a meaningful life — is nurtured by the strength of the collective. No one achieves greatness alone, and every challenge is easier to overcome with support from others.” This shines through in her role at Vitu, where this philosophy drives her to foster an environment where collaboration and shared knowledge are at the forefront. It also makes up a large part of her personal life and helps her stay grounded through everything life throws her way.
Alexa is brimming with enthusiasm, stories and powerful insights — more than we could include here. Be sure to say “hi” next time you see her around!

Are you still printing resale titles? You may be creating more work for yourself. We’re about to walk you through why keeping dealer resale titles electronic is the smarter, faster option.
Faster Resale Processing
- When a resale title is electronic, you can quickly and easily transfer the title once approved using the BMV 3772.
- With an electronic resale title, the double flip can be completed in a single day — no need to send a runner or leave the office! Electronic Ohio titles are valid titles, and the receipt you print contains all the necessary details to complete BMV 3772 form to transfer. Additionally, all title information is easily accessible through the BMV Title Inquiry link in the Setup section, streamlining the entire process.

Easier Multi-Dealer Transfers
Moving inventory between rooftops can be done in minutes instead of several trips to the title office, by leaving your resale title electronic.
Reduced Risk of Errors or Lost Titles
Paper titles can be lost, damaged or filled out incorrectly. Electronic titles stay secure and complete within the BMV’s Automated Title Processing System.
Cleaner Paper Trail
An electronic title’s history is easy to track and keep your title records tidy and easily accessible. The Logbook provides access to a summary of all deals and can be downloaded in Excel or PDF Format.
Pro Tip: Only print a resale title when necessary, like if the vehicle is sold at auction. Otherwise, keep it electronic and move faster.
How to process resale titles
Enter the information into the system in the same manner you typically would — with one exception. Be sure to select Request Non-Printed Title in the Vehicle section when processing. This will not generate a physical title upon approval. You can retrieve the title number and control number (will start with an “E”) from the receipt or the BMV Inquiry mentioned above.
