


New Automated Error Notification
View critical errors in Vitu and automate error notice emails.


Vitu is excited to announce our new error notification system is now live for Oregon users. This new system provides transparency to critical errors, making them visible within Vitu and automating error notice emailing.
What has changed
- Critical errors marked on or after May 8th within Vitu will show transaction status: Audit Error
- Once a correction has been received at Vitu, the status Audit Error will change to Reg Processed
- Error emails are generated and sent to designated users overnight by an automated system
- Questions about errors can be directed to either:
- orauditteam@vitu.com or by replying to the error email received
- Chat
- Vitu 24/7 support phone number 971-808-0202
We can send error emails to multiple users for each location. If you'd like to add more recipients, just reach out to your Account Executive or contact our Support Team.
This automated error system is designed to boost efficiency by helping the Vitu Audit Team stay focused and diligent, as they review up to 1,600 transactions per day! To support this effort, we kindly ask that you refrain from reaching out to our Audit Team directly with questions. Instead, please direct any inquiries to our Support Team or respond to the error notification email at orauditteam@vitu.com.
Once you receive your error notification by email, a copy of your DMV documents will be added to the Documents tab of each individual transaction.

These copies will include notations made by the audit review team. Please review scanned documents prior to reaching out to Vitu for any error clarification. If you see you have an audit error in Vitu and have not yet received the audit error notification, please wait till the next business day for the notification and scan to be available.

Running out of paperclips? Vitu Oregon to the rescue! With the thousands of transactions we get in a week, our stockpile of paperclips keep on piling up and we don’t know what to do with them.
If you need or would like some paperclips, please feel free to reach out to your Account Executive so they can stop by your dealership to drop some off.
