Dear Valued Partner,
We are rolling out updates to the payment process with Vitu Connecticut. This release will be September 25, 2025.
What’s changing?
ACH requests will come from Vitu moving forward. You’ll need to contact your bank and whitelist Vitu’s ACH Company ID to ensure requests are not rejected. We will submit a prenote transaction prior to going live to validate the pulls go through without issue.
- A helpful definition: A prenote transaction is a zero-dollar preliminary electronic payment sent to verify an individual's or vendor's bank account information before actual electronic payments (here, ACH payments) are sent. This process ensures the routing and account numbers are accurate, preventing errors and ensuring future payments are received by the correct account. The prenote period typically lasts a few banking days, after which the sender can proceed with sending live, money-moving transactions.
Inquiry transactions will be billed at the end of the month.
You will still have access to all your reports currently being used for financial reconciliation.

A: Yes, this report will remain accessible.

Q: Is there any impact on my ability to access or use the RTS Dealertrack/Vitu platform?
A: No, the billing changes have no impact on existing platforms.
