Blake McGlynn is Idaho’s new Technical Customer Care Specialist! He has nearly a decade of experience in the online registration and titling space, spending the majority of his time supporting you, our dealerships, titling and registering vehicles to your out-of-state customers, while also working on various other projects pertaining to in-state transactions, training, state portal enhancements and system integrations.

Blake is an avid gamer, and loves video game RPGs and tabletop games, such as Final Fantasy and Mass Effect.

Referred to as the “cheerleader” of his friend group, Blake is always there to pick people up and do the best for those around him. Inspired by his parents, he tries to always do his best to help others and put his best effort forward in whatever he is doing.

What is a terminal authorization, you ask? Vitu takes extra precautions to ensure the safety of all our customers’ information by requiring a terminal to be authorized for use. To authorize your terminal, click Authorize Terminal, fill in the appropriate info and submit. Your dealership’s admin has the ability to approve it. If not, our Support Team can assist with that as well. 

Frequent changes to the operating system or clearing of cookies may require an additional authorization. If this becomes a frequent issue, please reach out to the Vitu Virginia Team.
