When you’re printing documents, you can save time by printing both your memorandum titles and receipts at the same time. To do so, simply:

1. Select Utilities on the Logbook page and then click on Print Documents

2. Select the Search by method and select:

• VIN
• DealID/Stock#
• Date Range (up to 120 days ago)

3. Enter the value or date range.

4. Click the search icon.

• Documents available for printing will display

5. Check the box next to the desired transaction.

• Memo 
  
  • N/A will be displayed if a Memo title was not issued as a part of the transaction. 
• Printed will be displayed if you have already printed the memo title

• Receipt 
  
  • To print all, select the box at the top 

6. Click the Print icon.

When you process transactions electronically, it helps massively to protect your customer’s PII. This is because:

• Electronic titles reduce risk of theft, loss, and forgery.
• No physical documents with sensitive info are in transit or storage.
  
  • Originals never leave your office, reducing risk.
• Only authorized users can view or update title records.

Be sure to keep this in mind as you decide whether or not to process electronically.
