What to include when uploading documents:

• Front and back of MV11
• Front and back of title
• Any required supporting documents
• Documents should be fully completed with the following:
  
  • Dealer/Customer signatures
    
    • Dealer must complete with full legal business name
  • Lessee/lessor owner signatures
  • Reassignments on title

Do not include the following when uploading documents

• Temporary registration/C of R documents
• Purchase contract
• Copies of personal identifying documents like DL and passports

Title to lienholder trade-ins:

• Dealers should not pend a new transaction if they are waiting for the lender to release their title when the dealer does not have an MV2690 (Power of Attorney and Vehicle Odometer Disclosure), inquiry and proof of payoff
  
  • Dealers can retail vehicles with POA and inquiry

Additional Reminders:

• Leased vehicles — the MV11 Title & License Plate Application should be filled out with all signatures
• Check for a missing plate type on all applications
• Check for missing title number and plate numbers from the top right-hand corner of the MV11
• Legal business name is required on the MV11, and correct dealer number issued from the Department of Transportation (DOT)
• The back of the MV11 must be included when scanning and submitting documents
• The back of titles must be signed by the dealer even if the auction forgets to sign for the dealer

Effective October 1, 2025

• $50 fee increase on titles, making the new fee $214.50 
  
  • Vitu and WATDA recommend that you continue using the 2024 version of the MV11 form and adjust the title fee until further notice

Effective January 1, 2026

• The City of Neenah will see a $30 wheel tax that will affect vehicles with registrations expiring in December 2025 or any vehicle registered on or after January 1, 2026
• New license plates —Blackout and Retro — will become available

Meet Pavle Novakovic, one of Vitu Wisconsin’s newest Account Executives, joining in June 2025. Pavle’s career began back in 2017 where he assisted with the Wisconsin Reg and Title modernization project, and later became an Illinois Client Trainer. His prior experience has made his time here at Vitu seamless as he works in maintaining existing relationships and onboarding new dealerships.

Outside of work, Pavle enjoys spending time outdoors (when the midwest weather permits), as well as playing sports and cheering on the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks. As a big movie buff, Pavle is always on the hunt for a new film to watch; his most recent recommendation is F1: The Movie, though his all-time favorite film is Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

In his daily life, Pavle believes in leading by example and holding himself to a high standard, which sets a positive tone both professionally and personally. He finds inspiration in his father who grew up in a village in Serbia with limited education, later moving to America when he was 16. “Through hard work and determination, he provided a great life for my family,” Pavle says about his father, “His work ethic inspires me everyday.”
