Our new character for Registration Station is Chris Stamm — you can learn more about his vital role in Vitu Connecticut in the employee spotlight article below.

Director of Operations, Chris Stamm has steadily advanced since joining Vitu in 2014 — moving from Business Analyst to Product Manager and now serving as General Manager for Connecticut — working closely with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.

Prior to entering the title and registration industry, he held various roles focused on process automation and data management within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. After college, Chris served in the Navy as an aircrewman aboard P‑3 Orion aircraft. He’s also been a volunteer firefighter/EMT for more than 30 years, recently stepping down after serving eight years as the deputy chief of his local fire department.

Chris’s wife also works at Vitu on the Registration Management Professional (RMP) training team. With a blended family of four kids between the ages of 18 and 22, they find themselves to be “occasional” empty‑nesters, with the kids frequently coming and going. “So, a lot of our time is spent with our spoiled three‑year‑old Bernese Mountain Dog, Moxie,” he said. A love of the outdoors keeps Chris and his wife busy grooming trails on their property, maintaining a 1,000‑square‑foot garden, and caring for three colonies of bees — not to mention running, cycling, and hiking.

As a careful observer, Chris has drawn inspiration from many people throughout his life — especially his parents, wife, brothers and children, as well as the leaders, peers and team members he’s worked with. “I see them navigating challenges in their own unique way, often showing strengths that aren’t immediately visible.” He also has a few personal mantras that guide his approach to everyday situations, such as, Choose your hard — select the path that leads to growth; Go with the flow — let life unfold and adjust gracefully for the best outcomes; and Everything in moderation — pursue ambition without burnout, enjoy life without excess, and stay centered even when things speed up.

Our Vitu Connecticut team is excited to attend the CARA Women’s Industry Group Meeting on March 19. If you will be in attendance, please come say hi! We’d love to see you.

If you would like more calendar wheels, please send an email to marketing@vitu.com, telling us the amount you would like, the address of where to send them, and who to send them to. Feel free to request as many as you like and we will send them promptly, at no charge, while supplies last.

The trade-in titling process can be a slog — no longer. With Accelerated Title (AT) and National Title Exchange (NTX) working in unison, dealers cut weeks off of their trade-in titling process. Here’s how:

The Accelerated Title difference.

Waiting weeks (or longer) for lien payoffs and title releases? Accelerated Title provides both in just 4-6 business days, saving time and headaches while helping you generate profits faster.

Dealers who use Accelerated Title see:

  • 80% faster title releases, with most titles in hand as fast as 4-6 days¹
  • 165+ active lenders — and growing — available to help you speed payoff, lien, and title release on trades
  • $36 saved per day in average daily holding costs per vehicle²
  • 2x higher likelihood to sell vehicles on the first pass at auction with title in hand
  • Accurate payoff quotes in just a few clicks

And once the lien is paid off and the title is released? That’s where NTX comes in.

Dealer titles in days — meet NTX.

Instead of waiting for manual processing and potential delays when acquiring a title in your dealership’s name, NTX provides an E-Title or a physical title in hand in 1-3 business days — not the weeks or months the traditional process takes.

NTX allows you to overcome traditional titling roadblocks, and you reap the benefits:

  • Vehicle acquisition and trade-in — Unprecedented speed and security with a completely digital process
  • Speed to retail — Title in hand before selling the vehicle, avoiding the hassle of rebuilding a chain of custody
  • Skip duplicate titles — With NTX, get a paper dealer title in 1 to 3 business days or less
  • Be auction ready — Title in hand brings in an average of 10-20% more in wholesale profit per vehicle

The process is simple — Obtain chain of custody (with a Bill of Sale and Odometer Statement, for example, obtain a lien satisfaction if a lien is on the vehicle (or just pay it off with Accelerated Title), then simply sign, upload and submit docs. The process is easy and completely digital.

Level up your process.

Don’t let lien payoffs and title releases plus dealer titles get in the way of profit — move vehicles off your lot faster.
