If you are planning to relocate to a new processing location, please note that the North Carolina DMV must approve the location change before any processing inventory is moved. Below is the required information to process the change.

On signed company letterhead, provide the following details:

• Dealership Name
• Dealer License Number
• Branch ID
• Address of current processing location
• Address of new processing location
• Reason for the relocation
• Name of Point of Contact

Once you have the information on your company letterhead, email it to your dedicated Account Executive:

After receiving your information, we will submit the relocation request to the North Carolina DMV on your behalf. Once the DMV provides approval, we will notify you right away.

If a sticker or license plate is damaged, do not discard it. You must keep all damaged inventory until your next audit with a North Carolina DMV auditor. If the damaged inventory is not in your possession during your audit, the North Carolina DMV will charge you for the missing inventory.
