



What is a terminal authorization, you ask? Vitu takes extra precautions to ensure the security of all our customers’ information by requiring each terminal to be authorized for use. If your terminal needs to be authorized, you’ll see this warning message in the upper right of your screen:

Note: If you dismiss this notification and don’t authorize your terminal, you’ll quickly find that you are unable to complete certain tasks because you do not have enough permissions.
So, when you see this pop-up, don’t dismiss it! Instead, use the steps found in our handy guide below to quickly conclude the issue and get your terminal authorized.
