Please take a moment to carefully review and confirm all fees before finalizing your transactions. If a pricing adjustment is needed after submission, please see the below options:
- Refunds: Complete the SUT2 form and submit it to Vitu for signatures prior to sending it to DMV for review and approval.
- Overpayments: Contact Online Dealer Services at 804-367-2715 to review the transaction. If additional funds are owed, the Virginia DMV will generate an invoice for the dealership to remit payment by check.
Important note: Do not include any checks with your bundle.
When sending bundles to the Virginia DMV, ensure that there are no staples or paperclips attached to the documentation. Removing these small paper accessories accumulates significant time for DMV employees and slows down the speed of processing your documents. Sending in your documentation without paperclips and staples allows for faster processing times.
